Our corporate chef, Keith Esbin, has been announced as the winner of the Kids Recipe Challenge by the National Restaurant Association for his entry of the chicken parmesan with spaghetti squash dish. Congratulations Chef Keith!

We appreciate everyone for attending the ACF meeting last night. It was a great evening of good competition, great food, and fantastic people. Thanks to Laz for the beautiful ice carving.

We hope to see you tonight at our 4th Annual ACF Chapter Meeting. There will be a Seafood Relay Race, Magnificent Fruit Sculpture by Laz, Tour of our facility, Great Food, and networking with chefs. The event starts at 6pm and please bring your jackets.
